Ian Plays with Tinkara and Band (and more!)

For those of you unluckily unfamiliar with her music, Tinkara is a wonderfully talented young female flautist and pop singer from Slovenia. She already has several hit singles, as well a gold and platinum album, and is developing a well-deserved reputation as the "princess of rock flute."

In March 2004, Ian made a guest appearance with her dueting "The Place 2 B," her new hit in Italy from her latest album, "O*range." That late spring and summer, following the exceptional chemistry of the performance you can watch here, Tinkara joined Tull onstage as special guest in Zagreb, Croatia and again in Wiesen, Austria.

Tinkara and Ian also performed several songs together at Salo’ stadium, on the enchanting Garda lake, in Italy, in one of the five shows of his tour with his “electric band” and the Regio Teatro di Parma symphonic orchestra. Each and every time, fans and critics found their “flute duels” blazingly incandescent.
